Support and Help
Please note that we do not give support for Bluetooth pairing or driver installation issues as the driveres are from Apple itself and are officially not supported by Apple on non-Mac PCs.
But we try to help and assist with this website. If you don't find a solution here please use your favourite search engine for more help and support. Thank you.
Even without driver installation the Magic Trackpad should pair as generic mouse on any PC with Bluetooth. For pairing no driver installation is required.
If pairing doesn't work in the first place, the driver installation doesn't help either.
Here are some links which might help (please let us know any link which helped you).
- If pairing without code dosn't work try to pair with code 0000
- Use Bluethooth Driver Installer to install Microsoft Bluetooth Stack
- Remove Toshiba Bluetooth Drivers and Install Microsoft Bluetooth Stack

Once the Magic Trackpad is paired it should work as a generic mouse. Moving your finger on the pad moves the cursor. Primary click can be performed by clicking in the bottom corners of the trackpad.
Time to install Apples driver(s). Our free Driver Installers do the job for you.
Note: The driver might not work even it has installed without any issues.
The driver doesn't work with some Bluetooth radios for whatever reason.

Verify Driver Installation
After the driver installation you should be able to do a two finger scroll. If that doesn't work remove the Magic Trackpad from your Bluetooth devices and pair it again. You might have to wait a little while until the driver is really active.
Once you can do a two finger scroll or a two finger right click the driver works fine.
Apples driver can be uninstalled.
Look for Windows Driver Package - Apple Inc. Apple Wireless Trackpad in the installed program list.
Now you might want to install our Magic Trackpad Control Panel to configure the driver settings. Disabling Drag Lock ia a good idea to avoid accidental dragging.
